Log on to www.superuniqueit.com or www.fastbuy.lk and register your product for the warranty.

Warranty period one year less 14 working days (1 year=350 days, 2 years=700 days, 3years=1050 days)
The defective part will be replaced within 21 days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and other holidays. Submitting the invoice to claim the warranty is a must.
The warranty covers only the manufacturer’s defects.
Warranties will be issued by us only for the goods for which warranties have been issued by the relevant manufacturers or authorized suppliers. In such cases, warranty-claimed items will be replaced or repaired under the manufacturer’s or supplier’s rules.
Damages or defects due to other causes such as negligence, misuse, improper operation, power fluctuation, lightning or other natural disasters, sabotage or accident, etc. are NOT included under this warranty. Repairs or replacements necessitated
by such causes not covered by the warranty are subject to charges for labor, time, and material and will be an extra service provided by us to the customer.
No warranty will be granted for batteries, cartridges, toners, monitor screens, power adapters, power cables, other cables, keyboards, mice, speakers, printer heads, or Remote controls.
The warranty is void if the Serial Sticker is damaged or unclear. No warranty for physical damages, chip burns, LCD LED screen damages, corrosion, software, and virus guards.
Warranty on any product or any part will be subject to availability of the relevant model or part, at the time of claim. In the event the said model is not available, it will be replaced by a substitute model with a different payment or without additional payment.
One-to-one replacements will only be entertained within a week of the invoiced date.
Super Unique IT Solutions will not undertake the responsibilities for the retrieval of any data that could be lost in the storage media due to mishandling or by ineffectiveness of viruses…
Any attempt of repairs by unauthorized personnel will automatically and totally cancel the warranty; Super Unique IT Solutions will not undertake the responsibility of such actions to the product.
Goods once sold are not returnable under any circumstances.
Cheques to be written in favor of “Super Unique IT Solutions”.
Interest will be charged at 1% per day if payment is not made by the due date.
