Returns
Non-returnable Conditions:

Opened or Used Products: Products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, tampered with, or used.
Damaged Products: Any product showing signs of physical damage or mishandling after delivery will not be accepted for returns.
Pre-Ordered Items: Products purchased on a pre-order basis are not eligible for returns.
Return Request Period: All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Refunds
No Cash Refund Policy: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
In case of approved returns, a store credit will be issued for future purchases at fastbuy.lk.
Exchanges

Defective Products
